If you reading this that means that you actually care about getting your money in order, congratulations! Do you feel the burning desire for it? If so, great. If not, we will get to that soon. A dramatic change in someone's life usually begins with their strong desire to go through with the change.
I am usually a very determined person. I am able to create a goal and have a tunnel vision of that goal until I get there. Whatever I am doing, I make that goal TOP PRIORITY. But even with this mindset, sometimes that burning desire fizzles out and I am stuck having to muscle my way through for a while, but guess what...The urgency to complete the goal comes back! Between the initial burning desire and the second is really what defines determination for me. As long as you can hold on a little bit longer, you can make it!
A great way to maintain that fire that keeps you going, is to have a note written somewhere. Much like someone that is overweight, they have that pair of pants that they want to get into hanging on a wall somewhere. Well what is your "pair of pants" for getting your money on track? It could be anything as big as wanting to pay your car off or small as wanting to buy that movie from Walmart you've been wanting. Either way, write it down and remind yourself of it ALL OF THE TIME.

Introduction
This blog is designed to help you with your money problems. There are countless others about MAKING money, but I haven't seen very many about saving and investing money. The difference between theirs and mine is I will be combining how to MAKE and SAVE your money, in one location. If you are reading this, you have probably been to site after useless site looking for a solution to a problem that actually requires several different things to be done.
I treat money problems as a leaking bowl of water. If the water is gushing through a crack in the bottom of it, would you just put more water in it to make up for what keeps being drained out of it? Of course not! But this is the solution people think of when their "bowl" of money keeps being depleted because of excessive spending (even though it may be necessary). They think, "Oh, if only I could get that raise I've been asking for I could pay this bill." But why would you want to keep filling up your bowl even though there are massive cracks in it? Don't get me wrong, it's important to have goals for yourself, as in moving up in the company or getting raises. Why not fix the leaks in your bowl of money AND strive to get that raise, then you will have an overflowing bowl of money. This is one of my views, I hope to give you many more as time goes on.
